Userhet was a functionary with the title of Scribe Who Counts Bread in Upper and Lower Egypt.

Entrance.

Userhet goes hunting. He's shown as an infallible shot and so comfortable in the chariot that he doesn't even hold on. Instead, he wears the reins around his waist.

On a more factual note, cattle gambol at the top, are driven on the middle level, and are branded at the lower right.

At the top, more gamboling calfs; below, their legs are tied and they are forced into order; at the base, baskets of grain are brought forward for counting.

Whip in hand, Userhet counts the bread.

Soldiers with empty ration bags are counted by officers with staffs.

Soldiers wait or, below, have their hair cut.
